Taco Pedaler
We've eatin and surfed our way down the entire west coast of Mexico. Throughout our travels we've tasted and admired numerous types of tacos from the coast of baja to the border of Belize. With dreams of keeping the flavors and lifestyle alive, we found a way to bring this back to our home, Portland Oregon, via a traditional Mexican tricycle. Taco Pedaler takes pride in using local produce and meats. We offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Taco Pedaler supports small businesses, uses only compostable and biodegradable paper products and are completely powered by pedals.

Filling of the day, drunken sauce and cotija cheese wrapped in a handmade corn tortilla and deep fried then grilled to perfection.
