Food for the Soul: Taco Pedaler serves Mexican style street tacos on hand pressed corn tortillas in Portland, OR.
Taco Pedaler started as a trike based food cart roaming the streets of Portland in 2011. The dream of setting roots and having a brick and mortar happened in 2015. Taco Pedaler took an entire village of people to make a reality. The trikes live at the Taqueria and are used for catering and events on a regular basis.
Taco Pedaler takes pride in using all natural meats. We support local businesses and farms for produce, when available. When working a catered trike event, we pedal to as many locations as possible, set up shop and pedal off leaving no trace behind. It is important to us to serve our food on compostable and biodegradable paper products and try and leave as little to no footprint when we leave each location.
Taco Pedaler loves bikes, Portland, outdoors, tacos, shopping local, vegans, vegetarians, carnivores and puts love into every bite- we are sure you will taste it!
